Membership

There are 4 types of Memberships to the Belwood Cabana Club.

Class A Member: All persons who own and reside in a home that is part of the Belwood Homes of Los Gatos Association.

Class C Member: All persons leasing or renting a residence from a CLASS A member (member-lessor) of this Corporation may assume all privileges of membership during the period of their contract, provided that voting rights and the right to hold an elective office in the Corporation shall be retained by the member-lessor. Further all privileges of the CLASS C membership shall LAPSE upon the suspension of the privileges of the member-lessor.

Class D Member: Any family residing in the area South of Blossom Hill Road and West of Harwood Road but within a geography specified within the Bylaws shall be eligible for Class D membership. Class D memberships will be issued subject to availability. In no circumstances shall the total membership of this corporation exceed 350 families (Class A, C, and D combined).

Attached Swim Team Member: An Attached Swim Team membership shall be allowed only to those families who participate in Belwood Swim Team functions. The Board of Directors shall determine the fee for Attached Swim Team Membership. This classification applies only for sanctioned Belwood Swim Team activities.
