SEPTEMBER 07 - INSIDE THIS ISSUE
PRESIDENTS MESSAGE -- by Jim Bowen
The Belwood Homeowners Association is looking for individuals who would like to help guide the affairs of our association. Please consider becoming a member of our Board of Directors for 2008.
The board of nine members is responsible for oversight of facility maintenance, supervision of employees, and financial planning and tracking. Board members participate in a monthly meeting and may spend a modest amount of time outside of the meeting. This is a great way to get involved and make a valuable contribution to the Belwood community.

PRESIDENTS MESSAGE -- by Jim Bowen
Summer is here and the pool is open for all of our Belwood Family Members to enjoy. School is just about out for the summer and your children are going to be looking for something to do. Bring them down to the pool. We will have Lifeguards on duty from 1:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. daily for their enjoyment. There are still plenty of keys available for pool use early and late, for just $75, see the pool manager to sign up. We are planning some great activities for the summer. We will have parties, a Movie Night and the popular BINGO night.

MARCH 07 - INSIDE THIS ISSUE
EDITORS NOTE -- by Charlene Border
Spring is just around the corner and I cannot wait for the first rose bloom and budding of trees and spring birds.
The New Year's "Eve-Eve" party was well-attended and good fun. About 50 residents celebrated the last Saturday of 2006 at the Cabana Club. Photos of this event are on our website. This will be an annual adult event, on the Saturday before New Year's Eve. Mark your calendars for this year's party December 29th, 2007.
When paying your dues please fill out and return the section that updates our records, namely your email address. This will help us tremendously as we are moving to emailing future Belringer issues and phasing out home delivery

DECEMBER 06 - INSIDE THIS ISSUE
EDITORS NOTE -- by Charlene Border
I am very excited to be presenting my first Belwood Newsletter to you. I am a longtime (28 years) Belwood resident. My husband Nick and I have seen many changes in the neighborhood over the years, but what never changes is the good will and sense of community that we all enjoy, we are truly blessed to live in this area. You will note a little different newsletter format this issue. Nothing drastic, just some tweaks here and there. One change on the horizon will be the distribution of the Bellringer. We will continue to home deliver, but the goal, eventually, is to send by email. Copies would also be made available to you at the Cabana Club. We will be posting this and future newsletters on our website, www.belwoodhomes.org. Jack Millerick and Dave Rose have done a lot of work on this and we would like to thank them for all the effort. Please visit the site and give any feedback or suggestions. Happy Holidays
